SANCTION FOR POLICY BREACHES
Due Process
Subject to due process, in cases where the breaching of policy or the procedure is
flouted willfully as found by the Independent Arbitration Council, this may lead to the
termination of the TCO's TC or TCs. In cases where said committee finds the
incident arose innocently without willful intentions, the TCO may be served with a
warning notice bringing his breach to his/her attention. Second incidents shall be
dealt with as serious.
Independent Body
The Independent Arbitration Council (IAC) shall perform its functions pursuant to
the IAC Rules of Procedure, which will be furnished upon TCO's request.
Advertising as Referrer
The following names shall enjoy naming protection in favour of GOLDQUEST:
01. GOLDQUEST
02. Gold
03. Quest or The Quest
04. Team
05. Gold Team
06. GQI
07. V-TEAM
08. VTI
09. Bank
10. Goldrush
11. Law
12. Legal
13. Group
...or any other name duly gazetted by the company.
No Tracking Centre shall be called any name, which includes any of the
above-protected names without the written consent from the company. Any GQI
purchaser found using a protected name shall not be granted a GQI Tracking Centre
in that name. The same shall apply to any TCO registering a protected name before
any authority in any legal jurisdiction.
Policy Ammendments
GOLDQUEST reserves the right to promulgate amendments or completely reprint
this policy booklet which may take effect on any day after herein date of effectivity,
as a substitute for herein policy, upon disclosure.
Policy Clarifications
No GOLDQUEST employee, manager, or officer is authorized to render legal advice
or clarification on these policies and procedures. The company shall only be bound by
the ruling of its legal department unless reversed by the IAC or the Court. Therefore,
all queries or requests for clarification of these policies and procedures shall be
logged in at e-mail for a proper answer.
