POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

PURPOSE
These policies and procedures were established to protect the rights of, and regulate the
methods by which business is conducted by you, your customers, other Tracking Centre
Owners (also referred to as TCOs), and us.
This document, in conjunction with the TCO application and agreement and the
GOLDQUEST Compensation Plan (herein referred to as the "GOLDFLEX Plan", the
"Compensation Plan" or "Plan") requires your careful study.
In the event of your failure to comply with herein GOLDQUEST terms and conditions,
you may risk termination of your rights as a Tracking Centre Owner or loss of your right
to receive compensation of any type, subject to due process.
We reserve the right to change or modify the Tracking Centre Owner Application and
Agreement, the GoldFlex Compensation Plan, or the Policies and Procedures at any time.
Any changes or amendments shall automatically become part of GOLDQUEST Policy.
