TCO PLACEMENT
Placement of new tracking Centres
With each purchase you make, you earn the right to place another personally owned,
Tracking Centre in your downline. Placement is governed by the following criteria:
You may choose to place the new Tracking Centre under your initial TC.
You may choose to place the new Tracking Centre under existing TCs in
your downline, beginning anywhere under your Primary Tracking Centre. To
place a TC, fill in the appropriate area in your CRPO and TCO forms,
including a drawing of your placement information, to the company.
Placement of TC's above your primary centre is strictly prohibited.
Tracking Centre Activation and Placement Criteria
Each time you make a purchase as a TCO, you earn the right to place another TC in
your downline; the TC will have the next-in-line extension (i.e. 004, 005, 006) and
is fully qualified to receive commissions according to the rules set forth in
sub-paragraph 5 (D) of the company Policies and Procedures.
Transferring Tracking Centres
Once placed, a Tracking Centre may not be transferred to different locations within
the network. At the company's discretion, exceptions to this policy may be made for
the purpose of correcting a positional placement mistake of a TCO. Any such
exceptions are only possible prior to the commission cut-off day of the same week
wherein TC application was received by the head office. All such TC tranfers will be
subject to a minimum administrative fee of $50 per transfer, to be paid by the person
requesting the transfer, unless the error in placement was made by GOLDQUEST. All
requests for Tracking Centre transfer must be sent to a member of the
GOLDQUEST Customer Response Team (CRT). Such request must contain detailed
information including the name and ID number of anyone who should be transferred
and to where they should be transferred, from where they are being transferred
(including ID#, ext.#, and customer referral group) -- together with the minimum
fee for each transferred TCO. GOLDQUEST will not entertain any request to place
or transfer any TCO above another TCO that was registered earlier than the
transferring TCO. Absolutely no transfer will be performed on TCOs that have been
registered with GOLDQUEST once the commission run of the week has been done
in the head office.
Keeping Tracking Centres Qualified
Any Tracking Centre, resulting from a product purchase involving a partial payment is
qualified to receive commission. There are no further requirements to remain a
qualified TC. All sales gathered in the counter of said TC remain there until redeemed
by matching sales in the corresponding customer group or flushed according to
"Rules of Flushing" as recorded in paragraph 5 (E) of herein Policies & Procedures.
Effect or Termination on Sponsorship Links
Whenever a TCO is terminated, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, the referralship
rights of all TCOs whom the terminated TCO has referred pass to the referrer of the
terminated TCO.
Country/State/Province Conformity
Termination provisions may vary from country to country, state to state, or province
to province where certain requirements regarding termination are imposed by
statute. In such cases, country/state/province law will override the terms of our
policies; and will fully comply with the applicable country/state/province statute.
