TRACKING CENTRE OWNERS
Becoming a Tracking Centre Owner
To become a Tracking Centre Owner you must be of legal age to conduct business in
the country/state/province of enforcement; you must have a referring TCO; and you
must complete a TCO Application and Agreement Form, which must be accepted by
us at our Corporate Headquarters. There is no joining fee. We reserve the right to
accept or reject any TCO Application, for any reason whatsoever. In the case of
rejection, the original application forms will be returned to the applicant with a
complete refund and a letter of explanation giving the reason for rejection. The TC is
created for recording your referrals and shall not be construed to signify recruitment.
ID Number
Upon receipt and approval of your original TCO application containing your valid ID
number (i.e. Passport No., Identification Card No., SSS No., SS No., or
pre-printed number) you are assigned a permanent TCO number (company ID
Number) in our computer system. It shall be your responsibility as a TCO to affix this
ID number and your name to all promotional materials you distribute. Use of your ID
number and your name is the only method by which we can properly credit your
account for referral sales made from promotional materials you may distribute.
Appointment
Contingent upon our acceptance of your application, we will grant you non-exclusive
TCO status of our referral system within the GOLDQUEST Network worldwide in
the GOLDFLEX Plan. We reserve the right to rescind said acceptance without cause
within the first 60 days after receipt of your TCO-App form.
Husband/Wife Partnership Multiple Tacking Centre Ownership
If a husband and wife both wish to be a TCO, they may operate as a husband-wife
partnership subject to hereinunder clause 11(O); or may each be separate TCO's one
upline from the other, referred to the network directly or indirectly. If "one" spouse is
currently and already established and listed individually as a TCO and the "other"
wishes to become a TCO, the "other" may join the current structure of the one
spouse or may start a new and separate network structure under the established
spouse, as described above. The TC of the "other" spouse must be structured under
the Primary TC of the "one" spouse; the "other" spouse may not place his/her
Primary TC on both "legs" of the "one" spouse. In the event of divorce/separation,
we must be notified in writing (or production of degree absolute), signed by both
parties and notarized, as to which person retains the rights to a husband/wife
partnership TC. In the event of dispute, the ruling of a matrimonial court of
competence shall be final and the company shall be directed accordingly. No
individual in said partnership may participate in more than one TC without the
express, written permission of the company.
Death and Inheritance
Should a TCO die, upon production of a Death Certificate, his/her TC(s) may pass to
the legal successor and/or estate and upon formal notice to the company, all referral
commisions shall thereafter be payable to said successors. Should the TCO not have
a last will and testament, his/her spouse shall derive said referral commisions unless
the Court orders otherwise. The order of the Court shall govern the company as to
which direction to follow.
Expenses Incurred
Every TCO operates under the same Compensation Plan, and neither you nor your
referring TCO or any other TCO will be granted an exclusive or "special" plan.
Non-Exclusive Plan
Every TCO operates under the same Compensation Plan, and neither you nor your
referring TCO or any other TCO will be granted an exclusive or "special" plan.
