REFUND, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS
TCO Cancellation Policy
If you desire to cancel a purchase not yet paid in full you may do so within 12 months
of the original purchase date as received by the company and you must do so in
writing to the head office. We will then issue and secure a Cancellation Authorization
Number (CAN) in writing to you. This CAN entitles you (twelve months later) to
obtain gold coins in the value of the down payment according to the price of gold
plus broker's fees at the time of the refund/product leaving the head office. TCOs
who elect not to take this option of cancellation within said period, may forever after
enjoy ownership of their qualified TCs and therefore work the GOLDQUEST
programme with the result of deriving an income. The TCO exercising such
cancellation shall thereafter be forbidden to rejoin the programme for a period of one
year from issuance of the CAN. Cancellation within 12 months is not compulsory, as
it is an exerciseable option only.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a similar or different product of equal or
lesser value, you may provide written notice of this intention within 10 days from
date of receipt of the product. Exchanged items must be returned in as new,
resalable (determined by the company) condition to the company's satisfaction. In
the event of a certain type of product not being available at the time of shipping of
your product, the company shall reserve the right to dispatch another product type
to the purchasing TCO which shall be of the same value as the one purchased.
Shipping Mistakes
If your shipment is mishandled in any manner, you have 15 days from receipt to
contact the company in writing and report it to the Customer Response Team
("CRT"). Please report shipping errors, mistakes or apparent lost shipments as soon
as possible in writing. Any customs or tariffs payable upon arrival of the product at
the country of purchase, shall be at the purchasing TCO's expense, as naturally
expected of any addressee.
State/Province Statute Conformity
Said cancellations/refunds and exchanges may vary from country to country, state to
state, or province to province, where certain requirements regarding refunds and
exchanges are imposed by statute. In such cases, country/state/province law will
supersede the terms of herein GQI policy.
