COMMISSION AND CONSIDERATION
Referral Commisions
Referral commissions paid to you are derived from retail purchases made by your
direct referrals, or indirect referrals and their referrals as defined in the GOLDFLEX
Compensation Plan.
Referral Sale Requirements or Quota
There are no referral sale requirements, production targets or quotas either weekly,
monthly or any other time period to receive any referral commission. All commissions
are based on the simplicity of the GOLDFLEX Compensation Plan.
Commission Cycle
Our computer will scan your entire customer group structure beneath you in the tree
at the close of every business week to determine any referral commissions due. Only
sales that have verified confirmation of payment received are included in the
commission cycle. Commissions are paid the week following data entry into the
GOLDFLEX system and the completion of any accomplishment, and receipt of
payment, according to the rules of the GOLDFLEX Compensation Plan.
Commission Receipt
To receive a commission, you must fulfill each of the following requirements:
Comply with the responsibilities of a TCO.
Develop the minimum number of referral sales for commission
considerations according to the Compensation Plan which are based on
units of five direct or indirect sales in each of the customer groups. The
maximum units one can be compensated for in a single TC, in a single
business day, are 30 sales or six units of five sales in each customer group.
Rules of Flushing
The Rules of Flushing that apply in GOLDQUEST are as follows:
As soon as 30 sales are reached in each customer group within the span of
one 24 hour period of data entry being that of a single day; the counters of
that particular TC are "zeroed out" for TC's beyond said 30/30 sales.
If there are more than 30 sales (or 6 units of 5 sales) accumulated in one of
the counters in a single day, and they are matched in the corresponding
customer group with a number of sales ranking above 30 sales in the same
day, whatever sales were gathered up to that point in said counter would
then be "zeroed out" [i.e. if one counter has 91 sales accumulated and the
other counter accumulates 30 sales (six units of 5 sales) or more, all in a
single day, the computer would use 30 of those sales in each of the
corresponding groups to configure the maximum commission and "zero out"
the other 61 sales.
In the event that one counter has a high number of sales accumulated and
the daily sales of the other counter stay below 30 sales per business day,
the "zeroing out" process does not take effect.
Any number of sales remaining (provided at least one of the corresponding
counters stay below 30 sales per day) after commissions have been run
remain and are credited together with any new purchases.
Tax Liability of Commissions
Any referral commissions paid by the company are gross earnings with no taxes of
any kind withheld by the company (pending statutory requirements in the respective
GQI operated jurisdictions or countries). It is the sole responsibility of the TCO to
account for taxes that may be due on such earnings. It must be understood that GQI
is a company registered at the British Virgin Islands and subject to their tax laws
only. All correspondence, products purchased, commission statements, checks, etc.
will be forwarded to your most current address on file. It is your responsibility to
inform us in a timely manner of any change of mailing address.
Right to Off Set
The company reserves the right to withhold payment of any funds owed by the
company to any TCO, to offset the TCO's indebtedness to the company for any
amount. If a TCO fails to pay any such indebtedness after ten (10) days of
notification, the company may offset any commission or other amount owed by the
amount of the TCO's indebtedness, which shall reflect in their commission
statements.
