...Comply with all country/state/province and local tax requirements, as well as any
consumer rights laws or regulations that may apply to your sales of the GQI products
or services;
...Comply with all laws, regulations, or licensing requirements governing the conduct
and or verbiage that you may or may not use in the referring activites as they relate
to network marketing operations in your state/province or locality; and
...Make no claims, warranties, or guarantees about our products, services or referral
commission plan, other than those stated in our official, printed literature.
WE Agree To...
...Offer you quality products, services and sales;
...Offer you quality support materials to assist in the referral of sales of such
products and services, as well as materials to assist you in referring other TCOs;
...Maintain Commission payment accounts that will never be comingled with
operating and/or General accounts;
...Pay commission(s) according to the Compensation Plan; and as may be amended
from time to time; and,
...Maintain the highest level of business and personal morals and ethics.
