ORDERING
TCO Orders
A TCO may order seven days a week, 24 hours a day, via the Internet, or during
business hours by filling in a CRPO form and submitting it to the company a USD
bank draft or credit card paid in USD currency and drawn against an American bank.
Only sales for which payment is actually received at our head office on the Friday of
the respective data entry week are counted for that week's commission run.
Ordering and Communication Procedures
Orders submitted will only be accepted on original company forms. Copies will not be
acceptable unless they are the official printed forms obtained from the GQI web site
duly recognized by GQI. The form marked "original" is to be submitted to the
GoldQuest Head Office; and the form marked "copy" remains with the customer.
Direct Customer Orders
Orders are only accepted by the company when the ordering customer can provide a
valid ID number which must be an accepted ID number in the respective country
where a TCO resides (such as a Passport, ID Card No., SSS numbers, SS number or
the like). Furthermore, a new customer must provide the ID number of his/her
referring TCO along with the order. The company will subsequently assign a company
ID# to a new customer and this ID# will be linked through our computer to your
account.
Administrative Service Charges
Administrative service charges apply to the following orders:
Change of the transfer of a Tracking Centre Ownership is determined by
the company and the fee depends upon the amount of changes necessary in
the computer system for proper alignment of the new owner's name. The
minimum transfer applicable charges are US$50 plus $1 for every referred
TCO or TC above 25 direct referral TCOs.
Change of Purchase Order item is US$25 unless otherwise indicated by the
company.
Transfer of TCO placement is US$50. These charges must be paid by USD
bank draft upon filing of written application. If there is a case of wrongful
placement made by the company, no charge shall be payable by the TCO.
Prices
Prices charged for products are subject to change and may fluctuate. Prices may vary
between normal list publication dates if market conditions mandate, as clearly
disclaimed in the CRPO.
