Appointment is always by invitation and requests for appointment are always denied and can not be purchased at any price. Committee OPs serve the chat by support, answering complaint mails, handle a situations that are out of control and help to make a decisions that are fair for all parties. The chat administration reserves to right to appoint or remove any committee at any time for any reason without personal affront.
